Our COVID-19 Statement

Having a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place helps protect our staff, customers, clients and visitors. ybi is a registered COVID Safe business.

We have completed the Australian Government Department of Health ASPEN medical eLearning course in COVID-19 infection control training and received our certificate.

We have registered with the NSW Government as a COVID safe business. We are committed to best practice for COVID-19 within our industry.

We have developed a COVID-19 information pack and safety plan for our business.

We operate our business within the latest advice issued by the NSW Government and NSW Health Service on restrictions, recommendations and requirements.

Our obligations for operating a COVID Safe business and participating in a COVID Safe workplace:

  • Keep a copy of a COVID-19 Safety Plan at our place of business.
  • Ensure workers understand their COVID responsibilities and our safety plan.
  • Update our safety plan, as required, if restrictions and/or health advice change.
  • Workers are expected to act in a socially responsible way in accordance with our safety plan.
  • Keep a record of client and/or visitor details to our office and onsite as required.

We support the Australian Government COVIDSafe app and recommend its use.
We support the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in QR scan app and recommend its use.
