YBI is owned by Graham Thorpe who has over 40 years experience within the building and construction industry. He has a trade background and has held positions within the industry ranging from Carpenter, Foreman, Housing Supervisor through to Construction Manager. He is a Licenced Builder, Certified Timber Pest Inspector and an Accredited Building Consultant. Graham is also a member of the Master Builders Association (MBA) and a member of the Australian Society of Building Consultants NSW (ASBC) and holds current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances.
